House Says "No" To Corporate Eminent Domain
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this. Shocked, stunned, and flabbergasted. All I can say is that it likely won't make it past the Senate and signature into law without being gutted by amendments. I have little faith in this coming to pass. It would be nice, but I do wonder what about this bill I'm missing if the Bush administration is backing it (remember, children, skepticism can be healthy).
